Many vintage chains are not marked and may in fact be gold
filled, but unless they are marked I consider them to be gold plated, not gold
filled. All of the yellow chains have been cleaned and plated with pure
coin gold.

The Bow Protectors are made of deer skin and are
free on request with a watch purchase.
For the better watches I recommend that I
custom make a chain for you so it is the length and style you want, They are
available in 14K solid gold, 14K Y or WGF or sterling silver. The sterling
silver can be overlaid with 18K for a very nice look also. Prices are quoted at
the time of order for all solid gold or gold filled chains because of the volatility in gold prices.
We offer a new solid .925 Sterling chain available in
either 10" or 20" lengths. This chain is 7mm heavy curb
with solid sterling connections and swivels. The 20" model is
designed so that it can be worn with an interchangeable, large 20mm spring ring for belt
loop or vest button connection, 7/8 " T-bar for vest button hole
connection or plain claw for vest pocket to pocket wear. The 10"
models have the swivel on one end and the spring ring on the other. The solid sterling
swivel is 19 mm. These chains are available with a heavy coin gold
overlay (18K - 24K) Shown in Sterling Silver. Custom lengths available
on request.
The swivel is attached with a split ring
so it can be changed if you ever want to, but is very secure in the
meantime.
The other end has the crab claw and large
spring ring. This plus the included T-bar will give you a lot of
flexibility on how to wear the chain, on a belt loop, vest button.

pocket.
The process for getting this color was 18
K over silver sterling, 14 K over the 18 K and then a final 18K over
the 14K. 18 K over sterling is a little brighter and lighter and a
little darker without the final 18 K overlay
