THIS IS A 16 SIZE ELGIN SIDE WIND POCKET WATCH
THE GOOD RUNNING MOVEMENT IS MARKED ELGIN NAT'L WATCH CO. USA, 17 JEWEL, SERIAL NUMBER 15543722 DATING THE WATCH TO CIRCA
1911.
This watch was just serviced and
is keeping excellent time.
The dial is very good condition,
no cracks or chips, and the crystal is new old stock
glass.
Both covers on the gold filled
case screw on smoothly, the new stem and sleeve insure a
good wind and setting operation.

is a great starter watch for that child or grandchild that

The size 12 Swiss made 21 jewel Buren
anti-magnetic Imperial has screwed in capped jewels.
THE MOVEMENT IS
MARKED 21 JEWELS BUREN WATCH CO. SWISS 934858
THE COVERS SCREW OFF EASILY. IT IS 1 3/4 WIDE. THE CASE IS MARKED
WADSWORTH REFEREE WARRANTED 20 YEARS AND 2913079.
The movement was just serviced and the watch is running
strong and keeping good time, the case was cleaned and
polished and a NOS glass crystal was installed. The dial is
in good condition with no chips and a light hairline crack
between 7 and 5.
This watch is being offered at a
price lower than the cost of the services just performed on
the watch.

| This is an
end of an era watch. One of a few produced and marketed by Waltham after
they had closed most of their US based manufacturing. The watch has a 17
jewel stem set and wind movement.
The watch has been serviced and is keeping excellent
time.
The dial, hands and crystal are in almost perfect
condition.
The covers screw on properly, the case is free of
brazing but does have a minor ding and pocket scratches.
The back of the case is monogrammed, but it is so
fancy I am not sure of the initials.

This is a very nice size 12 hunter case
pocket watch, it has a 15 jewel Swiss movement and the dial
is marked C W C, I think.
The movement was just serviced and the
watch is keeping time.
The crystal is new glass.
All of the hinges operate properly
The dial is free of chips or cracks.

is a size 16 Waltham 17 jewel side stem wind and stem set pocket
watch. It has gold inset jewels and a gold center wheel.
Serial # 22637274 dates this watch to 1920.
The movement was just serviced and is
keeping good time.
The case was cleaned and polished and
plated with coin silver. The original surface was in good
condition the silver plating just enhances the overall
appearance of the timepiece.
Both the bezel and rear case
screw on smoothly.
The dial is very good with no chips or
hairlines. A new old stock, heavy glass crystal has been installed. This
is a very attractive pocket watch, in excellent condition
for a very modest price. |

case may be just the right watch to start with.
The watch is stem set and wound.
The crystal is perfect and the watch keeps
good time. The base metal case
originally had a material in the engraving to give the case
an antique gold appearance. We removed this material and
then electroplated the case and crown with heavy 14 K Gold.
The result being a very nice look that would be especially appealing
to a fisherman. |
