Before we repair your watch you will be quoted a
price for the repair. If it turns out that we can not repair the
watch to reasonable accuracy there will be no charge. Reasonable
accuracy is within 1 to 1-1/2 minutes per day for an older
mechanical watch, usually less than one minute per day, but this can
vary depending on the watch movement. If you have an e-mail address
please include it with your repair along with any other pertinent
information about your watch. Mail

If you decide
not to have the watch repaired after receiving the quote there will
be a $20.00 bench charge to help defray the cost of time and
